About Me
Emilie Dale is a highly motivated and results-driven public relations and media professional currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Organizational Leadership at the University of Cincinnati. With a strong academic background, including Dean’s List honors and a 3.6 GPA, Emilie has built extensive experience in strategic communications, social media management, and digital content production. She currently serves as the CEO and President of UC Influence, a student-run PR firm, where she expanded the organization from 8 to 24 members while restructuring teams into specialized divisions to better execute public relations campaigns for real businesses. Her leadership experience also includes directing social media strategy, managing analytics, and producing engaging visual and written content across multiple platforms.
In addition to her collegiate leadership, Emilie has gained hands-on experience through sports and community public relations initiatives. She played a key role in launching and growing the Southeastern Media Network’s sports PR program, helping increase viewership to more than 2 million while overseeing media teams, photography, videography, and social strategy for multiple athletic programs. Emilie has also led public relations campaigns for organizations such as the Hamilton East Public Library and the City of Fishers, creating innovative marketing campaigns focused on storytelling and audience engagement. Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Canva, photography, and broadcasting, Emilie combines creativity, leadership, and strategic thinking to deliver impactful communication campaigns while continuing to grow her passion for media, marketing, and public relations.
